WHEN BOOKING THE PARKING SPOT FOR THE DAY, IS IT NECESSARY TO INDICATE THE TIME AND THE DURATION OF THE PARKING AS WELL?
No, all the parking spots of the Park are daily or can be booked for more than one day, so it is not necessary to indicate the arriving time. The spot will be reserved for the whole day.
For those who want to reserve the spot for more than one day, the system allows to indicate the duration of the stay.


IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET A REFUND IN CASE OF A MISTAKEN RESERVATION ON THE APP OR ON THE SITE?

No, at the moment it is not possible to get a refund.
The booking systems have been developed to be as user-friendly as possible, in order to avoid any type of mistake.


IS THERE ANY COMMISION APPLIED ON THE COST OF THE PARKING?

Yes, when paying with credit or prepaid cards a commission is applied, proportional to the price paid, up to a total amount of 1.90 €. This commission is administered by the service manager and does not concern the Park.


WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS FOR PARCOKEY AND DOLOMEETCARD HOLDERS?

Dolomeet and ParcoKey Card holders can access the parking spots for free.

The license plate has to be communicated when buying the Dolomeet Card.
ParcoKey Card holders as well, need to communicate their license plate to the structures certified with the CETS-Qualità Parco quality brand. These cards provide free access to all the parking lots of the Park (Val Genova, Vallesinella, Patascoss, Bissina, Val Algone, Val di Tovel), as well as a free entrance in the Park Visitor Centres.

The Dolomeet Card includes further services to get around the territory of the Park for free: the taxi and the e-bike services.


CAN A RESERVATION BE MODIFIED?

Yes, it is possible to modify a reservation made on the Pass.Brav site. The change can only be made by the Park and not by the user.
Contact the Park by email: mobility@pnab.it or by calling the following number: 0465.846190.
The change can be asked only in case of mistaken data (ex. wrong date) and within one hour.
For reservations made during closing times, it is possible to call the designated number the next day, within 9.30 AM.
It is not possible to modify reservations on the day of their validity.


IS THERE A CONFIRMATION TO SHOW TO THE CAR-PARKING ATTENDANTS?

No, the parking spots are automatically registered by the system and the car-parking attendants can verify the validity of the reservation simply by scanning the license plate.
No confirmations are needed.


DO DISABLED PEOPLE HAVE TO BOOK?

No, cars with a disabled person on board and showing the certificate of disability can access all parking lots for free and without reservation. Some parking lots are reserved for disabled people. The car-parking attendants can indicate where to park.
