The Park Trademark Concession and Use Regulations define the criteria by which the Park Trademark is granted.
The brand and the two versions can be granted to third parties provided that for projects and initiatives in line with the Park’s mission, thus observing principles of sustainability and respect for the environment.
The Regulation identifies in general three types of possible use of the brand by external parties, summarized as follows:
– free of charge, in the case of use for purely informative and promotional purposes of the environmental, naturalistic, tourist and recreational characteristics of the protected territory;
– concession for consideration, in case of use for commercial and entrepreneurial productive purposes;
– purchase, for a fee, by the Park Authority, of promotional, advertising and informative spaces and services of the image of the Park;
