We have 28 rooms with private facilities, hairdryer, safe, balcony, TV and telephone, lift, bar-TV room, restaurant, parlor corner and private parking. An Agreement with the Terme Val Rendena and the wellness center just 100 meters from the hotel!

Sustainability is an integral part of our way of working, based on a true and rooted philosophy cultivated through years of good practices that we want to share and spread so that sustainability becomes a habit and a daily life, as it is for us. Sustainability is not business-orientated, but it involves the greatest number of people, employees, guests and suppliers, towards a common goal. We promote small initiatives and efforts that, in everyday life, at low cost, give a constant push towards a new awareness. Some examples?
• We heat with two pellet boilers.
• Heating is supported by two ceramic stoves.
• We produce part of the electricity with photo-voltaic panels.
• The remaining energy is 100% from renewable sources.
• We use LED bulbs.
• We do separate collection of waste.
• We use water flow reducers.
• Part of cleaning detergents are environmentally friendly.
• We support a low-impact organic agriculture. Because we want to be consumers and hoteliers aware and committed in creating a system that feeds us and our guests. We want to encourage a food chain based on values ​​such as quality and health. With our work we can help those who grow food following healthy rules, love and respect. And we hope to influence our guests in this sense as well. As the way we eat determines, to a large extent, the use we make of the world and what will become of it. We are supporters of Slow Food.
• We try to create an environment of harmony, sharing our thoughts and our vision of the world.

A good environmental policy certainly produces positive economic results. But the economic result for us is not the goal! Sustainability is not a mere marketing operation for us. Our ethics wants to be a great and renewed resource for the territory and its community.
